At Babycurls our priority is to ensure that you are highly satisfied with your purchase. We have taken every care to ensure your goods have been carefully packed and checked prior to despatch and we hope that you are pleased with the item(s) you have selected. In the event that there is a problem with any item(s) you have ordered, please follow the instructions below to enable us to correct any problems with the utmost speed and least inconvenience to you. 

Right to Cancel:
You have the right to cancel your contract with us at any time before the expiry of 14 working days from the day after the date of delivery of the products. It is your responsibility to take reasonable care of the products until they are received by us. You will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
In order to return an item for a refund or exchange please return your purchase with a covering letter which includes your name, order number + reason for returning.

If you wish to exchange your order for another item, please re-order the item you want on-line and return the unwanted item for a full refund. This enables us to process your return a lot quicker rather than waiting for the unwanted item to be returned and then exchanging.

Any item can be returned to us for any reason provided the following applies:

Return is submitted within 28 days from receipt
The item is unused
It is complete with all original packaging
Any tags are still attached
The item is as new, in a resalable condition. 

Refunds will only be processed using the same method of payment used for the original purchase. Credit & debit card refunds must be made to the card used for the original purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide free returns for unwanted orders as we offer free delivery on all orders.  

If you placed your order using Express Delivery (£1.99) and decide to return the item that you bought, you will only be refunded for your item that you ordered, the Express delivery charge will not be refunded.

In the rare event that an item is damaged or defective, we will exchange or refund the item. Return postage will also be refunded, up to the 1st Class rate.

If an item is returned as faulty but once tested is found to be in working order, the item will be returned to you and a charge will be made to cover the postage costs.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is returned to us in a safe and secure manner, and in the event of a refund or exchange, in saleable condition (in original packaging and including all warranty cards, manuals and accessories).
