How are orders delivered?
- All Free/Standard delivery orders to the UK mainland are despatched by Royal Mail or for heavier items by our courier.

How long does delivery take?
- When choosing Free delivery we aim to despatch your order within 24 hours of you placing the order and deliver within 2-5 working days.

What if an item in my order is out of stock?
- We aim to have all items in stock, however on the rare occasion items are out of stock we will wait for 3 days, then send the items we do have in stock. The remaining items will go onto back order. Items on back order will be despatched as soon as they arrive with no delivery charge. If Items are out of stock they are usually back in stock in a matter of days.

What if I miss my delivery?
- If you miss delivery via Royal Mail you will be carded and you can collect your order at the nearest Royal Mail depot by following the card instructions. If you miss delivery via our courier you will be carded and you can arrange a re-delivery or collect your order at their nearest depot.

What if my order does not arrive?
- A Royal Mail package is declared lost after 15 working days, if you have still not received your order after this time we will either refund or redespatch your order.
